ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FORM

Delegate Services has pre-booked a number of hotel rooms with special prices in Tallinn.
Please note that the below-discounted prices ONLY apply when booking via this website and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly. Most hotels end their discounts 1-2 months before the event, please take this into account and book your accommodation as soon as possible. 

The booking will become valid after the payment has been received. Should an error occur during the booking process, please e-mail the secretariat at isae2023@publicon.ee. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. 
All prices are in euros per room per night and the current applicable VAT. Single room max. occupancy is one person, double/twin room occupancy is max. two persons. Accommodation booking is binding. Payments can be made in advance by bank transfer.

Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the bookable period or need a triple/family room, please send your request via email to isae2023@publicon.ee.
Please note that the confirmation letter, that will be sent to your e-mail, serves also as a voucher for the hotel. ISAE2023 Delegate Services will forward the rooming lists to all hotels prior to the event, therefore you will not need to bring the confirmation letter with you.
